FO

Finished Object (finished project)

Frog / Frogging

Process of undoing your knitting, usually because of a mistake made and need to go back and correct it. Basically, you remove the needles and rip the stitches out. Why called Frogging? “Rip it! “Rip it!” sounds a lot like “Ribbit! Ribbit!”, the sound frogs make!

Frog Pond

Process of giving up, removing your needles, and ripping out ALL the stitches. Then use the yarn for a different project instead. Example: “I’ve sent that sock to the ‘frog pond’ and decided to make a scarf from that yarn.”

Halfpint

A project you would love to do but have no time to do it! “Have A Lovely Fantasy Project” is what ‘halfpint’ stands for.

WIP

He chanted that phrase repeatedly to the media and anyone who would listen. Harry was beloved by not only his friends and family, but by the entire Pacific Northwest. Before his death, he was already a celebrity and caused a media flurry. He attracted the attention of National Geographic, United Press International, and The Today Show. They continued to pay tribute to him after his death. Oscar-winning actor, Art Carney, portrayed Harry Truman in t

Goodbye, Best Friend

I lost my best friend on March 30 th , this past Tuesday. She was fourteen years old and literally saved my life on more than one occasion. Her friendship was invaluable. Her soul changed my life forever. I love her so much and already miss her.  Today, I created art that represented who she was. Wise, non-harming, intelligent, loving, devoted, and so much more.  Thank you, Lilly, for being an amazing friend and honoring me with your love and kindness.
